Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent back without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain categories of products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us for clarification.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above terms, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase or receipt.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
